These terms explain the rules for using BetterDraft. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. About BetterDraft

BetterDraft (betterdraft.co.uk) provides tools for Fantasy Premier League Draft managers: projections, waiver advice, predicted lineups, live scores and more. It's run by an independent developer based in the United States ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@betterdraft.co.uk.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or over to create an account.
• Use a real email address that you can access, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Please don't share yours.
• You can stop using BetterDraft and delete your account at any time from your profile in the app (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Free during the beta, paid plans later

BetterDraft is free while it's in beta. We plan to offer paid plans in future. Before any feature costs money, we'll tell you clearly what's changing and what it costs, and you'll never be charged unless you choose to buy something. Paid plans will come with their own terms of sale.

We're always improving BetterDraft, so features may be added, changed or removed over time.

4. Predictions are estimates

Expected points, predicted lineups, win chances, claim chances, fixture odds and every other projection on BetterDraft are estimates made by our models from the information available at the time. They can be wrong, and real matches often surprise everyone.

• Use them to help you decide, not as a guarantee. The decisions you make in your league are yours.
• BetterDraft isn't a betting service and nothing on it is betting or financial advice.

5. Data and availability

BetterDraft relies on data from Fantasy Premier League and other sources, which can be late, incomplete or wrong. We try hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, especially around deadlines when many people use it at once.

6. Using BetterDraft fairly

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or download BetterDraft's data or content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so
• try to get around our limits or security, or interfere with the site or its servers
• resell, republish or build a competing product from BetterDraft's content
• use the site to break the law or to harass anyone.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

7. Our content

BetterDraft's design, text, code, models and calculations belong to us. You're welcome to use them for your own fantasy football, including sharing the occasional screenshot with your league. Football data, names and other material from third parties belong to their owners.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide BetterDraft with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for:

• losses that weren't a foreseeable result of something we did wrong
• results in your fantasy league, or decisions you made using the site
• problems caused by events outside our control, including failures of the data sources and services we rely on.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. It doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer either.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BetterDraft grows. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using BetterDraft afterwards, the new terms apply.

10. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
